Emergency Conversion Re-engineering
COCO Lighting is well positioned to carry out all required re-engineering to emergency luminaires to the current ICEL 1004: 2014 criteria.
As a company, COCO Lighting has a policy of continual improvement. As such it has recently invested heavily in the latest Seaward HAL testing and EMC equipment. This investment, along with its internal operations, practices and quality control systems are designed to define the marking, testing and responsibility requirements for re-engineering luminaires into emergency lighting complying, where applicable, with the requirements of:
EN 60598-1, EN 60598-2-22, EN 61347-1, EN 61347-2-3 Annex J, EN 61347-2-7,EN 61347-2-13, EN 55015, EN 61547 and EN 61000-3-2.
These standards cover both fluorescent and LED light sources and specifies that the entire process should be carried out under the control of a competent person in an ISO 9001:2008 registered quality control environment.
The above-mentioned compliance ensures that Coco Lighting Ltd, in our Essex based, purpose built facility, are well positioned to carry out all required re-engineering to emergency luminaires and comply to the current ICEL 1004: 2014 criteria.
